TRACY GOSS
Founder
Ms. Tracy Goss was an internationally recognized senior consultant, author, and lecturer. Ms. Goss developed the strategic principles, thinking, and practices of the Executive Re-Invention methodologies. Her award-winning book “The Last Word On Power: Executive Re-Invention for Leaders Who Must Make the impossible Happen” and Harvard Business Review article “The Reinvention Roller Coaster: Risking the Present for a Powerful Future” are must-reads for senior executives and leaders of today’s major industries. She contributed to the Harvard Business Review on Change and lectured to business audiences at the Stanford School of Business. Ms. Goss graduated from Emerson College and the Mastery of Management delivered by the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.

SHEILA REID
Co-Founder and President
Sheila co-founded Goss Reid Associates, Inc. with Tracy Goss in 1990. Sheila serves as the firm’s President. She created the “Winning Strategy” methodology with Ms. Goss. In addition, she developed, designed, and lead the “Executive Re-Invention” program with Ms. Goss. She was a co-founder of the original Arkansas Ballet Company. She received a Rockefeller Study Grant from the Arkansas Arts Center and studied the performing arts.
